I just applied online back in January and then finally heard back in late April for an onsite interview. I got an email with all the details on where to park, who to report to, and who to ask for. I went to a meeting room and interviewed with a developer and an IT Delivery manager. They asked a ton of questions about everything on my resume, seriously, every single detail. They didn't ask too many behavioral questions, but more general problem-solving ones. The interviewer asked me some random questions about my Calc 3 and Physics classes, which was a bit unexpected, but I guess they wanted to see how I'd react. Then they asked some pretty general C++ questions since that's the language I said I was best at. You should know the SDLC and all that. Knowing SQL is probably a plus. I got an offer over the phone 7 days later. This is a really good, doable opportunity for in-state folks to get their foot in the door.
