Customer Service Representative
The whole process took a few weeks, starting with the interview, then an assessment, and finally the acceptance letter. The hiring manager interviewed me, followed by reference checks and a background check. After that, I got the job offer. Once I accepted, onboarding began with paperwork, orientation, and getting me integrated into the company.

- Where do you see yourself in the long term?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and after 3 days I got a phone interview. The interview was pretty straightforward with basic questions. A week after that, I had a face to face panel interview with 3 people. They asked basic, mostly situational questions, and they were nice. They said they'd let me know, but it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. Oh, and before the phone interview, I had to take an online test and do a mock customer service call.
- What would you do if you realized you'd given a customer incorrect information days after speaking with them?
