Technical Coding

My CV and Cover letter were screened, then I did 2 problem-solving tests, followed by 6 more tests. Most of them were timed and focused on logical problem-solving. I think I did pretty well on the math and logic ones, though some of the math questions were tougher than I anticipated. It's still not clear to me how they decide who moves forward. I got an email saying I didn't make it because they received applications with better CVs.

Behavioral Presentation

It starts with a screening phase. If you pass, they ask you to do a small task (2h max) and fill out a fairly long form with many questions about the company, what you think of them, and the role. The next phase is another, more complex task where you have a maximum of 10 days to deliver a user journey flow that they mention in the task. The following phase includes 2-3 interviews (depending on the position and profile) with the hiring manager and then with a director or the team.

Coding Behavioral System Design

This was a pretty standard interview process. Started with an online assessment that had some logic and simple coding questions. After that, it was just two main stages: first, a 90-minute session with an interviewer covering HR stuff and logic, and second, another 90-minute session focused on system design, also with an interviewer. They didn't do a coding exercise, but instead, put more emphasis on general engineering knowledge and higher-level design concepts.
