The process was quite long. After the CV stage, I was given around 5–6 tasks, which were mostly tests. I cleared that round and moved on to another stage, where they gave me another set of about 5–6 tasks. This included one video question, around seven written responses, and a few other assessments.

Behavioral Technical Case

I started with 12 tasks, each taking 30-60 minutes. After passing those, I had 3 interviews. The first was with HR to check cultural fit and included a small brain teaser. The second was also with HR, focusing more on behavioral questions and another small challenge. The third was with a product leader, who assessed my experience with a short product challenge. I submitted 3 references as requested but ultimately didn't get an offer. I was told I narrowly missed out due to limited current capacity, though they keep listings open for strong candidates. HR was responsive and clear throughout the 3-month process.

The process starts with submitting your CV and a cover letter. Then, you'll take some online exams, mainly focusing on math, logic, and reading comprehension. This is followed by a series of interviews that include both problem-solving and behavioral questions. While the process can take a while, they are really responsive and available throughout. It's also quite engaging, and the interviewers are well-prepared and pleasant.
