I did a few tasks upfront, which involved some reasoning and questions about my work style and professional goals. These were pretty challenging but also fun, and felt like a good way to show what I could do. After that, I had two interviews. The first was with the talent team, and I did another task where I had to think out loud. The final interview was with the team lead and the talent team. I liked the whole experience; it was a bit long, but the talent team was super responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

First, you send in your CV and a cover letter if you want. If they like it, you get some writing tasks to do that check creativity, logic, and if you're careful. These can take a while, a few hours total. If you do well, you'll have some online interviews to see how you solve problems, communicate, and if you fit in. Finally, a committee makes the decision. The whole thing can take weeks to months.

The process was pretty long, but honestly, it was fun and engaging. First, you have to get past a CV and cover letter review. After that, there's a set of tasks to complete, which took me about 4 hours in total (6 tasks). If you do well on those, you'll be invited for interviews. I had my first interview, but then a week later I got an email saying I was rejected, with no feedback or explanation.
