The Bending Spoons interview process has two main parts: First, there are three online tests (multiple choice) that check your logic, business sense (case studies), and specific job knowledge. These are all multiple choice. Second, there are three online interviews where they'll talk about your logic/problem-solving skills, ask behavioral questions (about your fit and experience), and have a general chat about your background.

I received a link to take a test as part of the selection process for a Data Scientist position. There was no prior call or direct contact; just a brief message saying: 'Please complete this test. You have two hours.' The test consisted of a set of statistics questions, which felt long and uninteresting. There were problems related to probability distributions and variance calculations that I had to solve manually, as if it were a theoretical exam rather than a practical evaluation for a technical role. The lack of context and applied situations made the experience feel disconnected from the reality of a Data Science job, where analytical and problem-solving skills are more relevant. Some questions seemed to repeat, posed with slight numerical variations, and there was no room to develop more creative or applied solutions. Reaching 90 minutes, I realized there was still more to solve, and I wondered about the real value of such a theoretical test for the position. Upon finishing and submitting my answers, there was no feedback or acknowledgment, which made the whole experience feel distant and impersonal.

The interview had an online part which was composed of less than 10 questions. It included some statistics and programming skills assessment exercises. The given time is enough for doing all of them.
