The selection process was really challenging but also fascinating. Maybe one of the best I've ever had. Several assessments, both aptitude and technical. It definitely requires time and considerable effort, but it's worth it.

Behavioral Other

It was a difficult process. Started with an initial screening and competency tasks that weren't really related to the job. Then there was an interview for behavior. Expect to spend a lot of time on it and get no feedback. They might tell you there are many candidates, and then the job is posted online the next day. I'd avoid it if you can.

The interview process is quite extensive: first there was a CV screening and a logical test, then four tests covering logic and probability. After that, there were five tests that included logic, probability, reasoning, and a behavioral quiz. This was followed by a behavioral interview with HR and a technical interview with BS employees. I didn't pass the last written test, but I found the process interesting and enjoyable overall. However, some of the questions were ambiguous and open to interpretation.

  • Tests that cover logic, text comprehension, statistics, probability, and reasoning.
