After an initial HR screening, you'll get a link for a task, which they call a test. First, you have to sign an NDA where you agree not to share the questions you'll be given. There are two tests: one with questions related to the role (in this case, UX Designer) and another with general logic questions to test your soft skills.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

The interview process was quite too long. First, I went through initial screening. Then there were problem solving tasks, not related to the position, but behaviourial. After clearing that stage, I was invited to attempt further tasks in which there questions related to my preferences and one task in which I had to make two high fidelity screens of two different apps. After passing this one, I got invited to attempt further tasks in which one task was 5 days long. I cleared that stage as well and yet not got to meet or chat any human till this stage except that they assign a particular candidate support manager to each candidate for any queries they have. After passing all the stages, I finally got the inteview that was my behavioural and problem solving interview which lasted for an hour. I had to solve two live tasks and answer some behavioural questions. I did not get through this stage. The whole process took 3 months and it was kinda frustating that you have to spend so many hours completing their given tasks without any compensations and they can just reject you without even giving any feedback to your any step.

The hiring process was good. A personal manager was assigned to guide me through the steps. There was a dedicated webpage for my application showing what I needed to do. I only completed one stage, which involved some general logic tests. After that, my manager let me know I wouldn't be moving forward. It was still a nice experience overall.
