The interview was online and lasted just under 30 minutes. They asked about my background and technical skills. Since it was online, I think they wanted to see my coding abilities. She also asked about some coding terms, which I didn't remember.

The interview process was very straightforward. I thought the manager was just a regular customer at first because of her attire, but she needed someone urgently and hired me immediately. I was working at the BCBG store within Dillards at La Palmera Mall. I later learned that this particular BCBG location has a very high employee turnover rate. Before long, I was the fourth person to be terminated without a clear reason under the supervision of a new manager who had only been there for two months. I strongly advise against applying here; it's a waste of time dealing with a declining business that sells overpriced, low-quality clothing.
