I applied for the Buying intern position online and heard back in two days. I went in and met with the managers, where an associate and supervisor interviewed me. They were super nice and asked standard questions like why I wanted to be a buyer, about my experience, and my goals. It was about 20-30 minutes. The hiring manager called me 15 minutes after to offer me the job.

I got an email from HR and passed their screening. They set up an interview for two weeks later, but then cancelled it 2 hours before. I followed up and they said they'd reschedule for Thursday at 2pm, but no confirmation came. I followed up again by phone and email, and the next week (after the scheduled time) they told me the hiring manager was out of town. The week after, they asked for my availability. Still no confirmation, and then they just called me asking why I missed the interview when they never confirmed a date or time. I reluctantly met with the hiring manager.
