First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BBVA.
Software Engineer
The application process moved quickly after I submitted my application. Following that, they sent out some tests, and the initial interview was primarily for getting to know me. The questions were basic, and depending on how they perceived my responses, I would advance to the next stage. The feedback was very prompt, so there was no waiting around. The team was very friendly and patient. The interview itself was quite dynamic and formal. They were honest and polite.

Manager

Gestor Comercial
First, there's a pretty long psychometric test to show your values, preferences, tastes, and so on. Then you move on to a group dynamic where we did a bidding game to survive after an apocalypse, where you have to justify things. In the end, they ask you questions to see if you would form coalitions, if you would change things, how you would use certain items that might not seem useful under any invented circumstance... it's fun. And finally, a personal interview the next day where they asked me about my skills, what I could bring to the team, what I value most in a sales manager, and a little role-play where you have to sell insurance.

Designer
For the future designers program, there was an English test, a challenge (which you had a weekend to complete), a psychometric test, and interviews. The English test is easy, the challenge depends on how much you want to make it difficult, but it's demanding, and the psychometric test had some more complicated exercises. Honestly, it's the one with the most uncertainty because you don't know if you're doing well or poorly with what you're doing.
