First, there's a pretty long psychometric test to show your values, preferences, tastes, and so on. Then you move on to a group dynamic where we did a bidding game to survive after an apocalypse, where you have to justify things. In the end, they ask you questions to see if you would form coalitions, if you would change things, how you would use certain items that might not seem useful under any invented circumstance... it's fun. And finally, a personal interview the next day where they asked me about my skills, what I could bring to the team, what I value most in a sales manager, and a little role-play where you have to sell insurance.

It was a good interview process with a group interview and then an individual one. They asked several questions and presented a practical case. I was hired based on my attitude and commitment, in addition to my qualifications. There's also an initial training period of about six months.
