Data Analyst
It was a young talent program, so there were several stages: Psychometric knowledge test. A hackathon. It was an exciting and interesting experience where your knowledge was tested.

They asked about my experience as a data analyst in previous jobs. If I had created data prediction models. They wanted to know my experience with PL-SQL, specific to Oracle. It seemed like they were looking for a programmer to do analyst tasks.

Data Analyst
It was a long process with different stages. They started with psychometric tests, English tests, and previous knowledge tests. They began with personal questions and then moved on to technical questions. The most important part was the use of Excel, specifically formulas, tables, and pivot charts. They also asked questions in English, like about your favorite book, hobbies, and how you see yourself in 5 years.
