After applying for the commercial manager position online, they contacted me and sent me to take a competency test. This test had several practical cases where I had to provide solutions and also order my preferences in the workplace. If you pass the test, you will have to move on to the group dynamic via video call.

Me entrevistaron y me confirmaron la aprobación para la siguiente fase por email. Luego me pasaron la agenda del ejecutivo para la etapa final. Después de eso, cancelaron la reunión con el ejecutivo y desaparecieron por un mes, a pesar de que les pedí retroalimentación. Al final, recibí un email genérico diciendo que no fui aprobado. I interviewed with BBVA Switzerland for an Assistant Relationship Manager position. Typically, interviews start with an introduction to the role and company. This time, however, it went straight into questions about my studies, even though I finished my degree 7 years ago. Despite having experience in other financial institutions that I believe was more relevant to the position, their questions focused solely on my academic background. They didn't ask anything about my previous work experience, only academic matters. My experience was negative because I felt they were quite classist, only caring if I had completed my degree on time, had good grades, and intended to continue studying. I was never officially told I was out of the process, although I suspected it during the interview. I guess we didn't make a good impression on each other. Below, I'll provide advice for passing the interview, but above all, ask about the actual role because what's in the description and what they told me it was are completely different.
