Credit Risk Analyst
Send your CV and choose the areas of the bank you like the most. If you pass the cut, there is a logical reasoning test, a group dynamic, and a language test. Afterwards, an interview with the head of HR, who assigns you the position.
- In English, how did you learn English?
Credit Risk Analyst
It starts with a psychometric test and an online English test. Then, an HR interview to see if the profile fits. After that, there's a first interview with the department, which needs to be a two-way street (showing your interest in the role). Finally, a second interview with the department and the department head, and then an offer.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Why are you interested in working here?
- What do you know about customer credit analysis?
Market Risk Analyst
They interviewed me on campus first, but the position was closed. Two months later, I got a call that a position was available. We scheduled a time, and I had two phone interviews. Since we had spoken before (a resume-focused interview), the questions were all behavioral. One interview was with a manager, and the other was with a director.
- Do you prefer to work in a team or on your own?
