I was contacted by someone from Accenture, who told me the next phase would be an in-person interview at their office on Av. Córdoba tower. However, I never heard back from them. I tried to get feedback from the person who contacted me, and they said they were experiencing delays and to wait. It's been over 6 months and still nothing.

The whole interview process was conducted over the phone, involving in-depth discussions about my past experiences. There were three rounds in total, with the hiring manager, team members, and the director of the department. Interestingly, every interviewer asked the exact same set of questions and expected detailed technical responses.
