The interview process was pretty straightforward and professional. After I sent in my application, they reached out to set up a chat with someone from the store leadership. We talked about my past retail work, how I handle customers, and if I can handle a busy place. They also asked me stuff about how I help hit sales targets and make customers happy. It was a friendly talk, mostly to see if my skills and what I believe in fit with the brand and the team.

Behavioral Technical

I went through a few rounds of online interviews, but honestly, there was barely any communication or feedback from the hiring team. They only did 3 rounds of interviews and never even considered bringing me in for an in-person meeting. It feels like they aren't really serious about hiring someone from outside.

Behavioral Presentation

There's an initial interview with 5 questions, and it's pretty chill. If you pass that, you might get to a final round where they give you a prompt and about a week to make a presentation. Then you have a super day where you present to two interviewers and they ask questions. After that, there are two more rounds where you discuss the presentation and answer some behavioral questions, plus general get-to-know-you stuff and small talk.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I started with an HR chat, which was good. Then I had a few virtual interviews with 2-3 team members each. These included people I'd work with directly, colleagues from other departments, and my potential manager. After that, things paused due to a company reorganization. About four months later, they wanted to restart, but I had already accepted another job.
