It was a group interview where everyone got asked the same questions. It wasn't bad, I actually saw someone who I knew would get the job because she had a great personality. I didn't get the job, but I learned a lot from her because I'm not great at interviews. If I ever get interviewed by this company again, I'll know what to do next time.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied to the job in the store by giving my resume and a job sheet to the manager. Then, I had a one-on-one interview where the manager took me to the back room. They asked me a bunch of questions about how I saw myself moving up in the company, why I was interested in working there, a tough situation I had to deal with, and why I thought I'd be a good fit for the job. To wrap things up, they handed me a product and asked me to 'sell' it by talking about the fragrance's notes and scents.
