So, about Bath & Body Works. After three interviews, I got a rejection even though I was totally qualified. It turns out a former colleague sabotaged my application. It's a shame they let someone else's opinion stop them from hiring the best person. I tried asking for feedback on how to improve, but they just ghosted me. No response whatsoever. Honestly, don't bother with them. I spent a whole month interviewing and got zero feedback.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and a training manager called me within 2-3 days to schedule an interview for later that week. The DM was on vacation, but the process was quick and painless. First, I spoke with the pre-screening store manager, and then with the store manager of the specific store I'd be working at. I think my substantial retail background made my experience different, especially since I'm taking a step down. I didn't have to negotiate salary; they offered me more than my minimum, and I accepted right away.

It was a pretty quick process, only 3 interviews. They move really fast, though it felt a bit cold. You'll spend a lot of time talking about yourself. They usually give you a tour of the store where you'd be working. The whole thing took about an hour and a half.
