Behavioral Technical Case

First, you gotta apply online, either on the website or in the store. Then, a manager might give you a quick call to see if you're still interested and available. If that goes well, you'll have an in-person interview, usually just with one person, where they'll ask about your customer service skills, how you work in a team, and your availability. They'll also throw in some scenario questions, like how you'd handle a tough customer or a super busy day. Most of the time, you'll hear back pretty fast, like within a few days, sometimes even right after the interview.

Behavioral Other

It was a very strange interview. I met a woman who seemed to have forgotten about our meeting. I followed her, and while she was stocking products, she asked me basic questions like "why do you want to work for us?" and "what experience do you have?". She asked if I was interested in the key holder role, and I clarified I was applying for supervisor. She then said they didn't have supervisor openings but were looking for a key holder. When I pointed out the job ad said supervisor, she explained they listed supervisor in case someone preferred that over the key holder position. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and like a waste of my time.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and got a call 2 days later. The interview was the following Monday. It was pretty easy and conversational. I was asked to do a few role play scenarios. I originally applied for supervisor but after she explained the position, she mentioned she had a keyholder position and explained the difference. Since I'm coming from outside the company, I thought the keyholder role might be an easier entry point and then I could be promoted later. They offered me the job on the spot.
