It was pretty easy and straightforward. They asked me some basic behavioral questions and a few situation-based questions, and also asked why I was looking for a job at Bath and Body Works. They were really focused on how customer-centric I am, my customer service skills, and my communication abilities.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with an informal chat with the co-manager in the food court, focusing on sales, conversion, selling techniques, and coaching. Next, I met with the store manager for a more in-depth discussion about my prior experience with the company (Victoria's Secret) and again on conversion and sales techniques. This went really well. The final stage was a phone call with the District Manager, which was surprisingly casual. They went over the job expectations and my understanding of the store and the role. The whole process took longer than expected because one of my references was difficult to reach, but otherwise, it moved quickly and was a positive experience overall.
