I applied to a bunch of Store Manager roles in my area and a recruiter called me for a phone interview, about 15-20 mins of basic questions. Then she moved me to a phone interview with a District Manager, which was about an hour. She said I'd hear back in a few days but it took two weeks. I followed up and she told me she still needed to talk to the DM. Two days later I got an email saying the DM chose someone else. Then another Store Manager called me for an interview and I went to her location. It was the same questions but shorter. I didn't hear back after reaching out, and the SM was unavailable. A few days later, another SM wanted to schedule an interview, and I told her I'd already interviewed with a recruiter, DM, and another SM. She said she'd talk to them for feedback so I wouldn't waste my time interviewing again. I didn't expect a call back after that, seems like there's a communication issue between districts, but they should try to fix it.

Took about 7-9 months of trying to get through the recruiting form before a recruiter called. First interviewed with 2 store managers and then the District Manager. Was later informed they went with an internal hire. About 5 months later, they reached out about a job at a different location. Interviewed and got offered the job 2 days later. A year after that, they let go of Co-Managers and changed it to hourly supervisors. Really poor and disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend this to any retail professional, even with the well-known brand.

Applied in Dec for a store manager role, had a recruiter phone screen within 48 hrs. Then a phone interview with regional HR within a week. The next step was an in-person with the District Manager (DM). Initially set for 2 days after HR, it got postponed and happened a week later. They picked someone else but said they'd keep me in mind. About 7 months later, they called back for another opening. This time, I had phone interviews with a new recruiter, another HR manager, and a different DM, all in one week. The final interview was with a local store manager, face-to-face. Overall, the interviews were alright. They asked a lot about measuring success, training, and employee evaluation, with a big emphasis on continuous training, development, and recruiting. Early on, they asked about past sales metrics, how I hit targets, and how I exceeded them. Pretty standard stuff for retail management.
