After submitting a paper application, I got a call about a week later for an interview. They told me on the phone what the dress code was and that I needed to be dressed appropriately for the job. The interview was a group one with another candidate because two people had canceled. While waiting to meet with a manager, we were asked to pick out a product from the store to sell. Then, we had to present and sell the products we picked to the managers.

Saw a hiring ad in the store and asked for an application. Was given a date to come in and interview right away. The interview was super easy as it's a group interview and we were asked to pick out a product from the signature collections line and then we switched products and had to sell it. Got the acceptance in 4 days. If they don't call back or you are feeling really anxious go ahead and ask the store manager if they got the job or not.

I handed in my resume directly to the manager after asking for them. Since I had a year of experience in a similar job before, I think that helped with the first look. They scheduled an interview for the same week. It was just one in-person meeting, and they got back to me pretty fast because they needed to fill the spot quickly.
