The recruiter was great. She explained the job, the interview process, and shared some info about herself and the company. She asked questions about my work history and the volume of my territory. She was very transparent with her questions and where we were in the interview process.

This was a really long and drawn-out process, taking about 3 months and involving 13 interviews. It included a store walk-thru and a ton of conversation, but they ended up turning me down after I waited 4 weeks for their decision. Apparently, this is pretty standard for BBW.

The Regional Director first reached out to me. Then a Regional recruiter followed up. I had a phone interview with the Regional recruiter. The whole process was quite professional, both from the recruiter and the Regional Director. It was a really good experience overall. I'm really impressed with this company and would love to work for them.
