The interview process included a standard phone screen where they asked for my elevator pitch, my qualifications for the role, and what sparked my interest. It takes a really long time to get feedback on the results, which is pretty frustrating.
I applied online via the college website and then also applied directly through Baird. I got a response from them the very next day via email, asking me to schedule a phone screen interview. After that, I set up the phone interview.
I got an email from HR first. Then I had a phone call with the COO. After that, I went to an on-site interview in Milwaukee with the team, which lasted about 2 hours. I sent 3 follow-ups over 5 weeks to HR and the head interviewer for an update, but got no reply. It was a negative experience, especially since it was out-of-state and took up a lot of my time.
