Candidate-reported interview process

It started with an on-campus interview, then about a week later, I had 6 interviews at the company's main office. The questions covered basic finance stuff, a lot of questions about whether I'd be a good fit for the team, and some brain teasers. Because each interviewer had their own style, the balance of fit, technical, and brain teaser questions changed from one interview to the next.

Submitted my resume online and got a request for a video interview. It was unexpected because I thought it would be a regular phone screen, which was kind of weird! The video interview had 5 questions in total. I had to use their website and make sure my computer had a camera to do the interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, starting with questions about teamwork and your background. Then there was a math assessment where you had to analyze and find patterns. The interview wasn't live; you had to record your answers to the questions.
