Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone call screening first, then I went for a personal interview. They asked me about my BA skills and what I expect from the job. It was a normal interview but it went on for a long time. They also talked about work-life balance and company culture.

Video Recording. Answering various questions. Felt bland. HR should have interviewed the person, kinda lazy on their end. I would not recommend this process. Hopefully they change this. No IT questions were asked during the process.

I spoke with three people at Baird, one senior and two associates. It was a quick chat, and they seemed more focused on the questions I asked them than the ones they asked me.
