Candidate-reported interview process

It was an easy interview. They asked basic coding questions. You'll meet the team and they'll ask you to code with them. Then, you'll meet a manager for a more casual chat.

I had half-day interviews with managers and team members. It was a bit formal, but not too much. There was an intelligence test at the end, which was a bit odd. They used an outside recruiting firm to bring in a lot of IT people.

We start with you sending in your resume and filling out an online application. Then, a recruiter will reach out to set up a phone interview. The person I spoke with called right on time. The call lasted about 30 minutes and was a mix of behavioral and experience-based questions.
