I applied online via the college website and then also applied directly through Baird. I got a response from them the very next day via email, asking me to schedule a phone screen interview. After that, I set up the phone interview.
I applied through my university's career center and got an interview about a week later. The interview itself was pretty relaxed, with no technical questions. I think they were mostly trying to see if I'd be a good fit for the department. I interviewed with 4 people in the room, which was a bit intimidating. Before that, I had a phone interview with HR, which was easy and mostly about my resume.
I applied through the campus career website and had a 30-minute, double recruiter stress interview. A week later, I was invited back for their superday. It was a pretty standard superday, but the main thing that stood out was having to draw up pro forma financial statements based on about 15 hypothetical transactions.
