Candidate-reported interview process

I got a call to set up a phone screening, which was about 15 minutes and the person was really nice. A couple days later, I got an email to schedule an in-person interview with the team, which was set for two days after that. This was on a Friday. Then on Monday, I was contacted for a background and reference check. About a week and a half after that, they offered me the job! It was a really smooth and fast process.

I had 3 interviews with different people, starting from the most junior to the most senior. The first two interviewers really liked me and were already discussing my future role. However, the final interviewer was racist, and as a result, I did not receive a job offer.

We had an initial phone call that was about 30 minutes long. It covered general questions about my experience and my strengths and weaknesses.
