Candidate-reported interview process
It was a pretty standard interview. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, and some other simple stuff like my past experiences and achievements. They also asked me why I was interested in baird in the first place and what other jobs I was looking at.
The interview was pretty chill. I spoke with two equity researchers who seemed to just want to get to know me. It was a very conversational and laid-back process, making it hard to tell how they were evaluating candidates.
The interview process was really in-depth and thorough, but it wasn't overwhelming or difficult at all. The interviewers were all super friendly and personable. They actually hired me on the spot!
