Avis Budget Group Interview Questions

The whole process took about 2 weeks. The first week, I completed an assessment and then had a phone interview. The very next day, I got a call to set up an in-person interview. I went to that interview, which lasted about an hour, as they were looking for applications. I left, and later that same day, I received another call to schedule a second interview.

Got a call after applying from the recruiter and did a quick interview with basic easy questions. Then they scheduled a face to face one. When I showed up, they didn't have me on the schedule and were running behind. They said it was for PT even though I applied for FT and the pay was less than what they offered on the phone. So yea that's no bueno.

You get a short overview from HR about the company and a little of what to expect. You then interview with two management personal in the company, in your selected language group. One is a general interview, then the 2nd is a short role playing scenario that last about 5 to 10 minutes where you have to try and sell an item of your choosing.
