I applied on Linkedin and a recruiter reached out. After a quick phone chat, they thought I was a good fit. Then I had another phone call with HR, who set up an in-person interview after saying I did well. The face-to-face meeting took about 3 hours, with two FP&A managers and the same HR person. It went well and they gave me good feedback. I sent thank you notes and followed up, but then got ghosted. I never heard back, even after emails and voicemails. It was unprofessional to waste my time and not give any feedback.
The interview process involved three stages: first an HR call, then meetings with the hiring managers, and finally an interaction with the senior leadership team. The overall experience was quite seamless and straightforward, feeling more like a natural conversation.
Had 3 rounds of interviews, which included an HR screening, a panel interview, and a final round with a business officer. The interviewers were really nice, but the process was a bit slow.
