I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The first scheduled time, the representative didn't call me. We rescheduled, and I had to call them this time, and we had a brief chat. They mentioned an in-person interview would be set up, but a week later, still no word. I sent a follow-up email and got no reply. You'd at least expect an update saying if I'm still in the running or not. It's just common courtesy.

The interview process was structured and included several team members and stakeholders I'd be working with. It started with a telephone interview, then moved to two 1:1 meetings. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient process.
