I had a first phone screening with an agency recruiter. Then, I took a test that covered two languages, accounting, logic, and numerical skills. These were fairly straightforward. Next, I had a second interview, which was a standard one with no unusual elements. It included some basic accounting questions and a lot of behavioral questions. During this interview, I was informed that the salary offer might be significantly lower than my expectations, possibly in the range of 500-600 euros net per month. As this was too low for me, I decided not to proceed further. Overall, it was a positive experience due to their kindness and politeness.

It was very brief and personal. Professional and detailed. The management was very friendly and the employees were accommodating. The company got back to me the very next day. I can highly recommend it and would find it good to work there.

First up is an accounting test, it'll be multiple choice questions covering general accounting topics. After that, there's an in person interview which will be more about personality questions along with some accounting questions.
