A few weeks after I applied, I got a call to see if I was still interested. Then I had my first interview with the District Manager. He talked a lot about the company's mission, the job duties, and the training plan. After that, there was a phone interview where they told me the salary range. About two weeks later, I interviewed with some other managers. They gave me a detailed overview of the job responsibilities and made sure I'd be a good fit. The whole thing took more than a month.
It was a pretty chill interview, mostly just chatting instead of them firing questions at me. They had a list of 5 questions, but most of the conversation flowed naturally from what we were talking about. The whole thing took about 2.5 hours.
First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter from the main office where we talked about my application and the job. Then, I scheduled an in-person interview with the manager of the branch I applied to. This position is at the Atlanta airport, which operates 24/7, so they need staff around the clock. My interview was a bit different because I've worked in this industry before and understood the business well. They mostly asked if I could lead by example and make tough calls. I felt good about it, but I got a strange feeling when I left.
