The hiring manager, who I already knew, gave me guidance on how to secure the position. The interview was enjoyable, and the interviewer helped me feel relaxed.
After a phone call, I had back-to-back interviews with managers. They asked basic questions about my sales experience and if I could follow a script to make a sale. If they liked me, they told me to get a urine test the same day. I had to pay for parking and then wait an hour for a manager. I found out others had the same experience.
First there was an online assessment. Then I got an email with a number to call to set up a phone interview. It took about a week and a half to schedule the phone interview because no one answered for about 4 days, even after I left multiple messages. Finally, someone called back. Then I had an in-store interview with the manager, but she didn't know I was scheduled, so I had to reschedule. She called about 2 weeks later to set up the interview, and then 2 days after that, her manager called back and did a phone interview. After that, I did the background and drug test. I'm still waiting to hear back.
