I first filled out details on their website, then emailed to set up a phone interview with HR. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager and a senior analyst. This was a 1h30min interview where I had to answer 3 questions and complete a business case. They also asked me some questions about my CV and current situation, and a few business questions about their company. I didn't get a call back, and they said they would let me know in 3-4 days. If I hadn't asked for an update, I would still not know anything, so they can definitely improve on that side. I didn't get any feedback on the 1h30min interview.
The interview included a phone call or video call, a test, and a meeting with the team. Overall, it was well-organized and good for preparation by looking things up online.
I started with some online tests, then had a phone chat with HR, and finally went to the head office for an interview. There, I met with two managers. We discussed my competencies and worked through a few case scenarios. They gave me a graph and asked some questions about it, and then there was a pretty straightforward Excel test.
