Candidate-reported interview process

I had an online assessment, and then an interview at the High Prairie branch. The manager, Malissa, seemed really disengaged, yawning and looking out the window. She asked questions directly from a script, making it feel like I was talking to a robot. Apparently, they've been trying to fill this CSR role for 8 months.

It starts with a quick phone call where they'll ask about what you're interested in and why you're keen on ATB. If that goes well, you'll move on to a longer, in-person technical interview. You might be interviewed by a group of developers. They don't ask super hard or tricky algorithm questions. Most of the questions will be practical and based on your past experience.

They really dug into my resume, asking about everything from my volunteer work to the competitions I've been a part of. They also touched on how I handle working with my team and with customers.
