It was the worst interview experience I've ever had. The hiring team seemed unsure of what they wanted. The process had 3 stages: a phone interview with HR, an in-person interview with the hiring team, and a take-home coding challenge where I had to build an application. They didn't even have proper rooms booked, so I had to move 3 times. After the final stage, they said they were looking for a more Senior professional than me, which was odd given they wasted 3 weeks.
It was a nice one on one technical conversation. Mostly discussing the platform related things and experience around various modules of the platform. Also discussing about various devops options to simplify the deployment process
First I did a one-way video interview. Then, I had two virtual interviews with the software engineering managers. After that, they sent me an offer in the mail and also a background check, and asked me to provide references.
