Candidate-reported interview process

The process involved a few steps, starting with a quick screen, then some recorded video interviews, a phone chat, a skills test, and finally they let you know if you got the job. It was a really interesting process with an outstanding HR team.

First, send in your resume and cover letter make sure it is tailored to fit the job. Then, there was a one-way interview where you had to answer three questions. After that, you wait 3-4 weeks for a response.

They sent really nice emails and had a video interview. It was cool that they gave us the questions ahead of time to get ready. Overall, it was a pretty chill and not too stressful interview experience compared to some other places.
