Candidate-reported interview process
First, I attended a networking event at the Downtown office to connect with the team I might be joining. The employees were great and very friendly. About a week later, I was invited to the NE Campus for a brief 15-minute behavioral interview. The interviewer was quite relaxed and asked straightforward, common behavioral questions. Overall, it was a positive experience.
There were many interviews over a 4 week period. You meet people at all different levels, up to and including the EVP of the business unit. It is an extensive process because they are trying to make sure that anyone who is hired is a great fit for ATB, and ATB is a great fit for the individual.
The interview process was long and had many interviews over some time. HR was really nice. It was pretty intense but they were upfront about everything. It was a good learning experience and their tough process is why they're a top employer.
