I had an initial telephone interview screening, and if selected, I had an additional face to face interview. It was good - 2 people interviewed me and I was comfortable. Later, once I was selected, they asked me to come in to meet the team. They made me feel very comfortable and welcoming.
The process was quick. I was contacted for a phone interview before the posting was even closed. A few days later, I was scheduled for an in person interview. There were lots of behavioural questions.
After I applied, they were quick to review and respond. I got a nice phone call from one of the people who interviewed me to schedule the interview. The directions were super clear. The actual interview was pretty chill, a mix of casual and behavioral questions.
