First, there was a quick informal screening call with HR over the phone. Then, a phone interview happened with the hiring Director and someone who would be a coworker. Finally, I had an in-person interview which also included a video conference part and a role-play scenario with the hiring Director and that same potential coworker.
I applied online and heard back after a few days. They told me about the process, which included a phone interview and an in-person meeting. They even shared the names and positions of everyone I'd be talking to. I was really impressed by how much detail they provided.
Since I was already working at ATB, I applied internally for a different role. ATB has a solid process in place: first, you apply online, and then the HR partner gets in touch to set up an interview. The interview itself had the hiring manager and the HR partner, and it focused heavily on behavior and action planning. After that, they let you know about the next steps, like if there'll be a second interview or when a decision is expected.
