It was a really fast process. Everyone was super professional. They got back to me when they said they would. The background check was super quick too. By the end, I really understood the company culture and if I'd be a good fit. The office itself is nice, which made a good impression.
It started with a phone chat to see if you'd fit with the company vibe, covering basic experience and how you'd handle certain situations. Then, an in-person meeting with the hiring manager happened, which involved more situational questions and a task based on a scenario you prepared for.
First, there's a cultural-fit quiz when you apply, so research ATB's culture beforehand. It took a couple of weeks to get a phone screening, which was 20-30 mins of mostly cultural and standard behavioral/job questions, with HR. About two weeks later, I had a second interview over the phone with HR, the director, and a senior manager. This included more behavioral and in-depth technical questions related to the job posting and my experience. After two weeks with no word, I followed up and was told they went with someone else for a fair reason, and I appreciated the feedback. Everyone was nice but busy, so patience is key.
