Candidate-reported interview process

Before submitting my resume, there were ATB questions. If a candidate is a fit, there's a phone interview, then an in-person interview. Culture and behavior are important. I had a phone interview, which was very chill and casual. The recruiter was super positive and even cracked jokes. I heard back the next day about a personal interview. There's another interview coming up, and candidates will be contacted next week. The process feels long, but I guess for the right person and in this economy, it's typical. As I'm writing this, we're still in the interview process, likely for a few more weeks.

I went into the meeting room and sat down with 2 employees, the VP and HR rep. They asked me a bunch of questions, and made me describe my work history. The interview lasted about an hour. They went through the role and explained the responsibilities I would have if chosen. They also talked about the wages. After the hour, I was told I'd be contacted no matter the decision. 2 days later, I got a call offering the position.

First you record a video answering some questions. If they like your video, you'll move on to a virtual interview. This second interview's difficulty can change depending on the job and who you talk to.
