Candidate-reported interview process
The process was extremely long with too many interviews. One interviewer was particularly aggressive. They made an offer for employment which they then rescinded. I’m grateful to have not ended up working there.
The first round was a vibe-check. It was mostly behavioural questions about how you work in a team and your experiences. They also asked me to walk them through a data analysis project I did and one basic stats question. There were two interviewers.
I had a 30 minute first round interview, then a 3 hour superday with 5 30 minute interviews. They asked me both technical and personality questions, mostly about things on my resume.
