Candidate-reported interview process

The whole interview process took about 2 months. I applied in November, and then got an invite for the first round in January, which was a week before I got invited to the final interview in San Francisco. They said I'd hear back in a week, but it took them two weeks, and that was only after I sent them follow-up emails.

So, the interview had two parts. First, a 30-minute phone call. Then, a super day where I met 5 managers or associates. No case interviews happened. The main focus was on my analytical background, like research and coding.

I applied for the healthcare analyst position. In the first round, I had a 30-minute ZOOM interview with an associate. We primarily discussed my research data analysis experience, and other parts of my resume were not covered. No behavioral questions were asked.
