Candidate-reported interview process
Had a 30 min interview on campus. Then there was a second round with more interviews. This included a coffee chat and 4 technical interviews with current analysts and associates. They asked about my previous work.
It was tiring. I had 6 panels where they kept asking me the same questions again and again. Mostly behavioral, but sometimes they tested my economic intuition. One interviewer, who seemed like a partner, was kind of an asshole and went on a rant against academia, which was very awkward.
The first interview round was with two people who are currently in the role you're applying for. They asked general behavioral questions.
