First an intro basic interview question call with two analysts, then a super day with 4 interviews in pairs with a more senior employee and an analyst or younger team member. All asked different questions but all a combo of personality/quantitative + qualitative.
We talked about the job and my past experience and how it fits the role. We also chatted about how the team is built and what the next steps are. It was more about personality and fit, no technical stuff.
Had a virtual chat with the recruiter for about 30 minutes. It was pretty conversational. We talked about the company, the role, and I shared some background about myself. We also went over the job responsibilities and how my past experiences might line up.
